Once you have been approved for a Pro account you will see a notice on your Customer Profile page here 

To qualify for a Pro Account we require one of the following items, Please contact us on Live Chat to make arrangements so we update your account

  • Student - Proof of enrolment in a recognized Beauty Professional Program
  • Nail Technician - Certificate
  • Esthetician - Certificate
  • Salon – Business Licence or link to Google Business Listing or Website 
  • School – School website and position
  • Press On Business -  Business licence & store link
  • Healthcare Professional - Please contact us

 

Our goal is to have our customers 100% satisfied with their products. Our best efforts have been made to accurately describe and represent all the products on our website and as such, all sales are final.

All warranties and manufacturer recalls will be honored. Please call to make any necessary arrangements.

Any order discrepancy or product defects must be reported within 3 business days of receipt of delivery.

*Any costs incurred as a result of being returned due to an incorrect Canada Post shipping address being supplied on the checkout screen will be the responsibilty of the customer. (All additional freight charges will be billed to the customer)

Creating an account will allow you to save your shopping cart, create a wish list, track orders, easy reordering, review past orders and print receipts.

1. Go to Login located on the top right corner of any page

2. Enter the email address and password used when you created the account.

You can retrieve your password by clicking on "forgot password". Enter your email address and then the password will be immediately emailed to you.  If you can't find the email, please check your junk folder. If you experience any further difficulties, please contact us on Live Chat.

Visa & MasterCard / Debit Visa & Mastercard – All can be used on our secure checkout page.

PayPal – To pay by PayPal select the PayPal button on the checkout screen.

E-transfer - If you wish to pay by e-transfer please click the SAVE ORDER button.  Contact us on Live Chat to confirm order details and make arrangements. Please do not send money before contacting us.

Freight depends on the total weight of the order and the province it’s going to.

** Freight is always free on orders over $200 (before discounts and taxes).

To confirm how much shipping will be:

- Place your items in your cart then choose checkout

- Complete Steps 1, 2 and 4 (do not add payment information)

- Click Step 6 - Review Order.  Here you'll find all the details of the order including any applicable credits, taxes and freight, based on the weight and province.

Please note that special custom orders may be subject to freight charges.

Since Covid-19, Canada Post is not guaranteeing  shipment times but parcels are still being delivered in a reasonable time.  Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of placing them; excluding weekends and holidays.

* Orders are typically shipped same business day if they are placed by 12 pm MST

Yes, once you create an account and have finished shopping, click SAVE ORDER.

When you want to return to your cart, Login to your account and click Saved Orders. Select the one you would like and click either View Order for a quick overview or Load Order to put the items back into the cart. From here you can review, make changes or checkout.

We ship Canada Post Expedited Parcel with parcel tracking and signature required. This way we can be sure that no products are left out in the weather conditions.

*Please note we do not ship products through regular letter mail.* 

If you want to upgrade service to Xpress, we can provide a quote based on weight, dimensions and destination of the order.

We are available for support from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (MST), Monday through Friday.  

Since we are online, orders can be placed 365 days a year!

We ship from Edmonton, Alberta.

Orders received by 12:00 pm (MST) are usually shipped the same day! (Excluding weekends and holidays)

If your account says that it has been shipped but there is no tracking number - it is being processed.  Please wait until the end of the business day and check back.

Tracking numbers can be found under Order History within your Customer Profile.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number from Canada Post by email. When you open the email you will be able to click on the underlined more details to get the most recent information on your order.

We don't have a minimum but keep in mind that base shipping charges may not make small orders worthwhile. 

You can always check the actual freight charges before checking out with payment by following these few steps:

- Place your items in your cart; then choose Checkout

- Complete Steps 1, 2 and 4 (do not add payment information)

- Click Step 6 - Review Order.  All order details including credits can be seen here.  You can still go back and alter your shopping cart as desired.

Accounts are available to personal users without certification.  Please register for a Personal Account and bypass the Certificate Upload.  You may begin shopping right away; there is no need to wait for any approval.

Product selection is limited to retail items and products that manufacturers have authorized for sale.

Anyone with professional credentials are encouraged to contact us for a Pro Account.  If you are unsure whether you qualify, please enquire, we are happy to advise.
